1) Responsible for Magnetic sensor function development and characterization testing
    a) ASIC and sensor level characterization test specification creation and maintenance according to requirement 
    b) Characterized test plan creation and release
    c) Hardware test environment build up and the characterization test implement
    d) Test report creation and release
    e) According to test findings perform root cause study and work out optimization solutions
    f) Define and implement product DOEs to verify the effectiveness of design optimization

2) Responsible for magnetic sensor function requirement engineering
    a) Requirement creation and negotiation with stakeholders (e.g. Design, manufacture, IC supplier)
    b) Reasonability and effectiveness assessment of IC supplier and internal test results and maintenance in system

3)  Support global customer application team and manufacture team for electrical function related problem solving
    a) Convince customer to resolve the customer and manufacture problems 
    b) Clarify the customer and manufacture team problem and analysis the root cause
    c) Solution space provided on time, quality and cost

1. Education Background:

Bachelor in major of Electronics, telecommunication technology or Electrical automation engineering; master’s degree is preferred;

2. Working Experience:

1) Above 3 years experience on hardware or sensor testing and application;

2) Experience of function failure analysis and customer communication;

3. Knowledge/ Skills:

1) Concrete knowledge on electronic engineering and outstanding practical competence, especially on hardware test environment built-up, analog signal measurement and analysis with laboratory instruments (e.g. oscilloscopes), Python scripts to automate data acquisition, statistical  analysis on test data.

2) Knowledge of automotive product failure analysis, especially on failure analysis with 8D method and familiar with IC failure mode (ESD and EoS)

3) Strong initiative and self-motivated learning ability, especially on curiosity in technology and the ability to think independently

4) Good communication skills with cooperation attitude

5) Good English skills

4. Preferred:

1) Experience on agentic sensor verification and application (Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR working principle);

2) Familiar with wheel speed sensor signal communication protocol is preferred (e.g. PWM, AK etc.);

OEM or vehicle component supplier experience

3) Knowledge on electronic-magnetic working principle and application (Hall, AMR, GMR, TMR working principle) is preferred

4) Knowledge on wheel speed sensor signal analysis (e.g. PWM, AK etc.) is preferred

5) Knowledge on requirement engineering is preferred

6) Excellent customer communication skills and convince abilities
