3. 对传感器和自动驾驶系统架构有比较好的了解，有量产经验
4. 具备扎实的代码或者仿真能力，能带领团队进行自动化测试的落地实现
5. 优秀的逻辑分析能里和抗压能力， 对自动驾驶技术有热情
6. 有参与过0到1测试系统构建的人员优先
7. 做过出海项目的量产交付的优先
