Job Description
1. Planning of assembly processes flow considering manufacturing efficiency.
2. Define equipment specification in accordance to product specification. Setup and
release manufacturing cells on time, at budget and with desired requirement under
supervision of relevant assembly lead.
3. Involve in each project stages to evaluate equipment and process performance.
Formulate technical and/or performance reports by collecting, analyzing and
summarizing information and trends.
4. Identify and establish process specifications, maintenance strategies and other
manufacturing documents required for line release activity.
5. Involve problem solving methodology in assembly processes and equipment. In
meantime also developing troubleshooting guide and training of technical know-how to
technician together with senior module engineers.
6. Actively participate in system CIP on value disposition as in S-Q-C-D (Safety, Quality,
Cost & Delivery).
7. Provide effective countermeasure in technical flaw encompassed with corrective and
preventive action plan.
8. Study, evaluate and improve the technical capacity and capability in assembly
processes accorded to customer’s demand under supervision of senior module
engineers.
9. Continuously strive for higher and sustainable OEE, FPY, MTTR, MTBF.
10. Emphasize the intensity of team work culture in VSO (Value Stream Organization)
moving towards operational excellence.
11. Any other duties assigned by immediate superior from time to time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or equivalent.
- 2 years of working experience in manufacturing, assembly, or process engineering environment. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of assembly processes, process planning, PFMEA, and Control Plan.
- Understanding of quality tools and problem-solving methodologies (e.g. 5 Why, Fishbone Diagram, 8D).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional and multicultural environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Self-motivated, quality-conscious, result-oriented, and willing to learn.
