This site is the integral manufacturing plant and R&D Center. It is the first smart factory in Thailand. It will enable us to respond to growing automobile production in Thailand and to serve international as well as local automotive customers on the spot. The supplier of technology and services is focusing heavily on connected manufacturing at the factory.

Manufacturing Plant: The plant is producing two major product categories: connectors and fuel injection units. Connectors are a booming segment with growth potential in the ICE- and EV-market. The factory is also the first plant for the manufacturing of gasoline injection systems in Thailand. It is capable of producing millions of fuel injector units every year and can meet the increasing demand of our customers in the region.

R&D Center: The R&D office and laboratory are located on same site as production. In order to have dedicated laboratory accommodating automotive specific machine and equipment such as fuel testing benches and Noise, Vibration, Harshness chambers.

Job Description

  1. Coordinate problem-solving activities between HmjP and LSP to ensure timely and logical feedback and resolution
  2. Coordinate with LSP to conduct annual inventory counts, monthly cycle counts, reconciliation activities, and define corrective actions according to company standards.
  3. Ensure LSP outbound operations comply with the requirements of right time, right part, right quantity, and right standard.
  4. Review, revise, and create work instructions for new processes to ensure LSP operational quality complies with company standards.
  5. Main support for FMEA line walk activities, LSP weekly LPC audits, and act as auditee for system and customer audits.
  6. Attend daily meetings with LSP and share meeting summaries and related reports with the team.
  7. Coordinate with all related sections/departments to communicate and resolve daily operational issues.
  8. Monitor IT equipment and indirect supply fulfillment to support LSP operations effectively.
  9. Support new projects and perform other assignments as assigned by the manager.

Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Logistics, industrial engineering, or related field.
  2. Good communication skills in English, both in reading and writing.
  3. Experience in warehouse operations or logistics environment.
  4. Ability to create clear work instruction documents and training materials.
  5. Strong communication and coordination skills.
  6. Able to work under project timeline and pressure.
  7. SAP basic (concern daily tasks)
