Job Description

As an Industrialization Engineer, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of industrialization processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost optimization across production lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure the development and implementation of process and product industrialization
  • Define assembly concepts, product process flows, and production line layouts, ensuring floor space optimization
  • Develop and specify assembly equipment and engineering requirements for suppliers
  • Plan, build, and implement new production lines within multidisciplinary teams
  • Monitor and improve process performance indicators (OEE, FPY, FOR, IDC), ensuring continuous improvement and cost efficiency

Qualifications

Education

  • Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a similar field

Experience

  • Experience in industrialization, production, or manufacturing environments (preferably automotive)

Know-how

  • Knowledge of 2D and 3D design tools (Inventor, SolidWorks, AutoCAD)
  • Understanding of SPC (Statistical Process Control)
  • Familiarity with industrial processes, equipment specification, and production line setup
  • Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence tools (nice to have)

Languages

  • Good command of English (spoken and written)
