Job Description
The Digital Transformation Office (DTO) is searching for a talented Hyper-Automation Engineer to join our "Process Intelligence" team. This role is the execution engine of our efficiency mission. You will be responsible for identifying, designing, and implementing automation solutions that free up our colleagues from repetitive tasks, allowing them to focus on high-value, strategic work.

Your Contribution to Something Big:
- Process Automation: You will be the driving force behind automating manual and repetitive workflows across the organization, delivering "Quick Wins" that provide immediate and tangible value.
- Low-Code/No-Code Development: You will utilize leading platforms like Power Automate, Power Apps and Automation Anywhere to rapidly build and deploy robust automation solutions, business applications and integrations.
- GenAI & Agentic Design: You will move beyond traditional RPA by designing and building intelligent agents and cognitive automations using cutting-edge technologies like Gemini, DIA Brain and Copilot. Your work will enable systems to understand text, summarize information and make decisions.
- Solution Design & Implementation: You will analyze business processes, identify automation opportunities and design end-to-end solutions that are scalable, secure, and sustainable.
- Technology Expertise: You will act as a subject matter expert on hyper-automation technologies, staying current with the latest trends and guiding the organization on best practices for RPA, low-code and AI-powered automation.
Qualifications
- A university degree in engineering (preferably Computer or Industrial Engineering)
- Proven, hands-on experience in developing automation solutions using RPA and Low-Code/No-Code platforms. Deep expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps) is essential. Experience with tools like UiPath, n8n, or Bryter is a plus.
- A strong interest and, ideally, practical experience with Generative AI models (e.g., Gemini) and their application in building agentic workflows and intelligent automation.
- You are skilled at analyzing and deconstructing business processes to identify automation potential and optimization opportunities.
- You are a creative and analytical thinker who can independently solve technical challenges and build reliable, error-resistant automations.
- You are comfortable working in an Agile environment and are skilled at breaking down complex problems into manageable tasks.
