We are looking for a Head of Ecosystem to shape and scale the global partner ecosystem of Bosch Business Innovations. In this strategic leadership role, you will build strong international partnerships while creating governance and operating models that enable spin-offs to scale effectively within a global corporate environment.

Your Responsibilities
- Build and shape the Ecosystem: Build and develop strategic partnerships with venture builders, investors, corporates, universities, founders, institutions and governments worldwide. Negotiate financial terms and joint venture agreements to solidify the partnerships.
- Enable Venture Building: Create the governance and cross-functional collaboration frameworks for international partnership initiatives across regions and stakeholders. Foster knowledge sharing and best-practice exchange between partners to leverage synergies.
- Drive Strategic Alignment: Work closely with Bosch corporate functions and leadership teams to establish efficient decision-making and collaboration structures between the partner ecosystem and the Bosch corporation.
- Track and ensure results: Ensure goal-achievement, continuous improvement and KPI-driven partner portfolio management.
Qualifications
What you bring:
- Commercial Leader in Innovation: Several years of leadership experience in strategic partner management, ecosystem or platform engagement or corporate venturing showing ability to build and manage complex international partner programs.
- Academic Foundation: Master’s degree in business administration, Economics, Finance, Innovation Management, Entrepreneurship, Engineering, Technology Management, or comparable disciplines. An MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is a plus.
- Governance Enabler: Experience designing scalable governance, operating, or collaboration frameworks in dynamic environments.
- Builder Mentality: Combines strong strategic thinking with a hands-on and execution-oriented approach.
- Stakeholder Navigator: Builds trust and alignment across senior stakeholders, partners, and leadership teams through strong communication, sound judgement and strategic guidance.
- Global Networker: Experienced in working across international, cross-functional, and multicultural environments.
- Language: Business fluency in English skills is essential, German proficiency is a plus
Additional Information
The role can be based in Ludwigsburg or Berlin, Germany. Regular national and international business travel is expected.
