Job Description
You are accountable for enabling functional excellence within your Chapter, focusing on Organizational Agility and Project Management expertise; thus, you ensure we do ‘the thing right"; you work actively as an ATC or PJM with 50% of your capacity.
You as functional excellence master:
- take responsibility that your specific Chapter reaches functional mastery
- translate functional priorities into training and enablement of your Chapter
- implement and ensure consistency of standards and governance, drive methodological approaches
You as people developer:
- ensure necessary resources are available at the required skill level for BD teams, manage capacity by recruiting & upskilling
- ensure excellent onboarding experience for newcomers and talent retention
- lead Chapter Members and ensure their continuous development
- align and grow new areas of expertise within your Chapter
- create an open and inspiring environment for learning and innovation
You as a communicator:
- represent the Chapter within the Chapter Area
- act as an expert and digital thought leader to help Alliance and Tribe Leads to identify the necessary expertise
- actively promote and drive agile ways of working
- foster exchange and collaboration to create alignment within the Chapter

Essential
Education:
you have a completed bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Working Experience:
- you have >3 years of leadership experience (e.g., project management, line mgmt., etc.) in the IT or software industry (comprising a focus on technology and business) preferably with financial business responsibility
- you are a proven expert in Agility and Project Management having already:
- structured and organized agile ways of working and fostered the agile mindset in a large team.
- led mid to large-size projects and consulted customers to identify the fastest and most efficient way to implement their requirements.
- defined and monitored key performance indicators/metrics to measure initiative successes and provided teams with methods to continuously improve performance
- resolved issues and solved problems/created transparency on impediments and facilitated their removal
- provided senior level presentations which may have included financials, resource needs, and progress on deliverables, risks, and issues.
- led, coached, mentored, and motivated project team members on a proactive basis and by being a role model.
- participated in the coordination and delivery of trainings for agile masters and/or project managers.
- you are an expert understanding of customer requirements, trends, methodologies, tooling, standards, and processes in the respective area of expertise
- you have experience in working in an agile environment with agile methodologies
- you have experience in defining and setting standards as well as improving methodological approaches within Chapter´s area of expertise
