Job Description

As the Controlling Intern, you will support the following key responsibilities within the Finance & Controlling (CTG) team:

  • Prepare and deliver monthly sales reports with accuracy and timeliness for all Product Groups across the organization
  • Conduct comprehensive monthly Profit & Loss analysis
  • Execute month-end closing activities and reconciliations
  • Support Cost Centre planning initiatives and Target Business Plan development
  • Prepare and maintain Current Forecast reports
  • Complete CTG internal control assessments and documentation
  • Perform detailed production analysis and variance reporting
  • Monitor Cost Centre actual results against established plans and budgets
  • Contribute to all CTG departmental projects and strategic initiatives
  • Execute additional responsibilities as directed by management

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and/or diploma completed within the last six months or currently in progress
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative reasoning capabilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with advanced competency in Excel and Power BI
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior internship or co-operative work experience in a finance or controlling environment is a strong asset
  • Self-directed approach to professional development with commitment to continuous learning
  • SAP enterprise resource planning system experience or knowledge
