What Will You Do?

The TechCare team provide on-site IT Support Services (Desktop Support), in this role you will Lead and manage the daily activities of both the TechCare NSW team and the TechCare CCTV/Radio/Facilities team comprising of up to 15 staff.

Each day you will play an integral part in providing IT support services by:

  • Working with TechCare Manager and business stakeholders to develop a cost-effective strategy to ensure regular on-site IT support for all sites within the NSW region.
  • Managing the demand for competing resources to ensure business priorities and SLA’s are met within budget.
  • Ensure that IT customer service issues are resolved satisfactorily, and customer satisfaction objectives are met
  • Act as a key point of contact for the business into IT by:

Providing relevant information on technology changes that will impact their operations,

Understanding key challenges for ASP sites and end-users, documenting high level requirements for internal IT teams and service providers,

Providing IT consultation and resourcing for business projects

  • Providing VIP IT support for Senior business leaders and executives.
  • Providing 24x7 support for multiple business services including manufacturing (both Port Kembla and Sydney), CCTV and trunk radio.

We don’t expect you to know our industry or our business, we have an internal network to support your learning that, it’s your It Support and team leading experience that we value most. We are looking for team player with: -

  • Qualifications in an IT or related discipline
  • Experience working in IT, ideally in a technical services role.
  • Experience in managing a team of technical services professionals
  • Experience with IT service delivery frameworks, methodologies and process implementation.
  • Demonstrated ability to articulate ideas to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
