Our Team Members play a vital role in our production environment. They operate machinery to create smarter solutions for our customers, while monitoring product quality, remaining committed to their safety and that of the team.

This is a full-time permanent role working Monday-Friday on a day shift (5:00am–1:06pm) pattern. You will receive a competitive salary starting from $1,098.17 per week. You’ll be provided with ongoing training and development, giving you the opportunity to progress to $1,173.11 per week. In addition to this, you will be eligible to receive performance bonuses paid quarterly. 

What Will You Do?

Being in a key role that impacts the safety of our people as well as the quality of our products, you will:

  • successfully contribute to a safe working environment
  • operating machinery to manufacture steel product
  • safely pack and strap our steel products
  • performing machinery maintenance and cleaning
  • be required to learn to use overhead gantry cranes and drive forklifts (full training provided)
