Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Operations team as an Operations Support Coordinator. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this exciting and brand-new role, you will play an integral part in coordinating and supporting the office administration of the operations team at our Archerfield site. You will work across a variety of areas including the coordination of labour hire, injury and return to work management and additional day to day support.

We are looking for a self-motivated and creative thinker, who can quickly adapt and coordinate multiple priorities at any given time.

What Will You Do?

As a trusted Operations Support Coordinator, you will:

• identify improvements with our systems and processes and assist with database management
• support the team with injury management and return to work coordination
• work closely with the labour hire providers and coordinate contractor requirements including timekeeping
• assist with the training of staff
• work collaboratively with production and operations teams and be solution focused
• be innovative, agile and have a proactive approach to drive business innovation

More About You

Perhaps you have worked in a human resources, Return to Work or payroll/timekeeping role or you have recently finished your studies and looking for your next career opportunity. We are looking for a highly motivated team player that will bring:
