The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our Lysaght business in our Tamworth team as a Customer Service Representative. Made in Australia since 1921, Lysaght manufactures and markets steel building products that have helped shape the nation: from iconic corrugated roofing over Australian homes, to large commercial and industrial projects.

In this diverse and challenging role, you will support our team by managing enquiries that come via phone and email. Our customers are a mix of homeowners and builders requiring a variety of superior products and solutions that we offer. Being the face of BlueScope, you will ensure all of our customers receive exceptional service.

A self-motivated, quick thinker, you quickly adapt and can juggle more than one task at any given time. You also being busy and working in a supportive team environment. 

What Will You Do?

Being the face of BlueScope for our customers, you will be:

  • interacting with our customers face to face and via phone and email to manage a variety of enquiries 
  • preparing and following up customer quotes, whilst supporting our sales teams and branches across Australia 
  • providing internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information 
  • resolving issues and seeking ways to improve the customer’s experience

  • the ability to pick up new and custom IT systems quickly
