The Opportunity

BlueScope Distribution is a provider of single-source product, processing and service solutions in steel and aluminium. The business supports customers in a variety of industries and works with them to help deliver projects on time and to specification.  BlueScope Distribution supports its customers by helping them find the freedom to do what they do best.

What Will You Do?

Working with your team members, as a key contact for our customers and internal teams, you will: 

  • process and manage customer sales orders, quotations and face to face and telephonic enquiries
  • maintain and enhance relationships with external and internal customers including the sales and warehousing teams within the Branch
  • provide internal support and regular feedback to our sales teams with customer and competitor information

You will be passionate and driven to provide excellent service to customers and will bring: 

  • computer competency with the ability to learn applications such as SAP and excel
  • high level communication and customer service skills
  • a strong commitment towards safety
