The Opportunity

Come and discover the opportunity to join our ENDUROFRAME® team as a Framing Support Specialist & Detailer.  BlueScope is a pioneer of the steel framing industry and as such was one of the first companies to introduce an integrated Computer Aided Design / Computer Aided Manufacture (CAD/CAM) house framing system.  The ENDUROCADD® software system is the core of the ENDUROFRAME® building system and sets the standard for steel framing software packages in its ability to self-certify steel frame designs.

In this innovative role, you will provide frontline support for the ENDUROFRAME® house framing system and ENDUROCADD® software to licensees, detailers, installers and your internal team. By working with our customers and their internal and external detailers, you will develop support materials, provide training and onsite support, and develop specifications that will be used to improve the house framing system to ensure that it is best-in-class now and in the future.

What Will You Do?

Applying your technical knowledge, you will:

• provide ongoing technical support and training to customers, detailers and on-site personnel
• control documentation to ensure any changes that are made are updated in the software system, design manuals, construction details, parts specifications and installation manuals
• develop training materials, courses, and shop drawings
• conduct User Acceptance Testing for the software
• provide general detailing and support to your internal customers
• provide any calculations for any structural items in the ENDUROFRAME Building System as required

More About You

As a graduate looking to kick start their career, you will bring: 

• a Bachelor Degree in Building Design, Structural Engineering, Building Engineering or Civil Engineering
• ability to learn and use major steel analysis software packages 
• design ability 
• outstanding customer service skills
