We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-centric individual to join our Bibra Lake team.

Working with your team members, you will be a key contact for sales and service enquiries received via phone and email.  This will see you: 

• Follow up customer quotes, deliveries and product supply levels;
• Handle incoming customer orders via phone or email;
• Process customer orders accurately in SAP; and
• Work closely with sales and operations teams regarding customer solutions.

Who are we looking for?

Key to your success will be your positive attitude combined with an eagerness to learn and provide exceptional customer experiences. 

Additionally, you will have: 

• previous experience in a busy customer service or sales role;
• excellent communication and time management skills;
• ability to work independently and in a team; and
• demonstrated computer competency and ability to learn our systems.
