Fielders is an industry leader in the design, manufacture and innovation of steel roofing, cladding, and structural decking products. We manufacture a well-known, trusted and comprehensive range of building products that are supplied to the commercial, industrial and domestic building markets with sites throughout most Australian States.

We are looking for a Sales Manager to lead a team of 3-4 direct reports and to continue to build on our brand by identifying new clients, gaining technical specifications and supporting and servicing our existing customers.

You will be required to provide sales leadership, coaching, guidance to your team and  work closely with our State Sales and Marketing Manager to maintain and grow our client base.

Who are we looking for?

We require a Sales Manager that can engage with engineers, architects, builders and installers with the ability to gain a deep understanding of the technical elements of our solutions.  You will need to be a leader and have the ability to drive direction, motivate and manage your team.

You will work across sales and service providing our customers with product advice and ideas, managing pricing strategies, develop sales and marketing initiatives, and importantly providing an excellent customer experience. Experience within project pipeline management using a CRM would be an advantage.
