The projects underway and planned have the unanimous support of the business and are considered essential to ongoing business success.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a HR specialist or experienced Business Partner that can develop and contribute to a range of strategic initiatives. You will design and implement project plans and roadmaps, and tactically deliver on these applying project management and governance practices.

You will need to be able to foster interest and support for your initiatives with your stakeholders and deliver successful transformation and change outcomes. It will require well developed human resources knowledge, demonstrated experience and working in a project environment.

We a require a person with:

• a strong HR background;
• the ability to influence, and manage change; and
• the ability to work in a project environment.

The initiatives that you will manage will vary and could range from diversity, remuneration, engagement and inclusion, and anything in-between.

Qualifications in HR, Organisational Psychology, Industrial Relations, a relevant business discipline or Law is required.
