The Digital Transformation team aims to unlock the next wave of growth and productivity improvements across the business globally.  This is a key strategic initiative and has a high level of executive support and engagement.  As a key member of this newly forming team, this role will build and lead the advanced analytics function, hence unlocking the power of data science to deliver value across our global business.

Your experience.  You will have deep experience leading performance improvement/consulting/data science teams and overseeing advanced analytics projects from identification through to value realisation across a broad range of domains.  With qualifications in computer science, applied mathematics, statistics, machine learning, or other data centric disciplines (e.g. astrophysics, engineering), you will demonstrate experience with a broad set of analytical topics, in particular simulation, optimisation and machine learning.

Work Environment

Location is flexible (Melbourne preferred or Sydney).  Travelling domestically and overseas is expected.
