What is the role?

BlueScope has manufacturing and distribution centres in numerous locations and in Canberra we service a large and active market by supplying a diverse range of quality building products that are highly valued by the construction/building sector.  Our products include Colorbond© steel roofing, wall cladding, rainwater goods, solutions such as fascia & gutter systems and home improvements such as fencing, carports and patios. We also have structural solutions including purlins, Bondek & custom flashings for all uses, just to name a few.

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to work in our branch assisting our clients and customers with their inquiries and purchases.

Who are we looking for?

Our team are great at what they do and work together to ensure that our customers receive a supportive and professional service.

This position will suit customer services professionals that have customer facing experience. Knowledge of construction or building products would be advantageous but is not essential as we will provide all the training and support that you will need.  Your day will include working with our customers at our counter, taking and process orders, scheduling, planning and importantly providing a great service.

You will need to enjoy working in a fun yet busy environment, have good communication skills, and have a friendly, can-do attitude. Applying the highest safety practices and a commitment to building a career with us is essential.
