Job Description

18 months ago we had a fair few customers however we didn’t really know how we got them or how to get more so we set to work implementing the SaaS Inside Sales Playbook (think Aaron Ross’ Predictable Revenue).

Hard work, trial and error and many late nights later we’ve developed a powerful and scalable Inside Sales Model & team (outbound focused) growing our MRR 280%. We are now looking for a Head of Sales to take the reins and lead it to the next level.

You will be responsible for delivering the headline sales figure for the business, using and adapting as you see fit the current Inside Sales Team to maintain and speed up the momentum we’ve gained on our journey up the hockey-stick!



  • Train and lead a team of high-performing BDR’s and Account Executives, growing this team as the company grows

  • Drive sales, aggressively generating new revenue

  • Engage with prospects to understand their unique and specific pain points and produce compelling business cases to further enable new business sales

  • Work with our existing sales process and drive the team from prospecting/demand generation through contract execution

  • Personally close deals as required

  • Leverage CRM data to construct, forecast, and manage sales activity and drive pipeline to meet revenue targets and company goals

  • Collaborate with internal product teams and provide feedback from the field to help shape future development

  • Work closely with the Leadership Team to provide input on the growth of the business and align revenue strategy with overall company objectives

  • Board level reporting and interaction



Minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B software sales with an emphasis on SaaS sales. Selling to the Hospitality and Leisure sector desirable. Ideally 3 years of Sales Management experience

  • Record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas

  • Demonstrated ability to develop and lead a high-performing inside sales team

  • Experience with inside sales, including lead generation and outbound prospecting

  • Passion, drive and the desire to be a part of a growing team that makes a difference for both the company and our clients

  • Exceptional in-person, verbal and written communication skills a must (comfortable presenting alone in front of large groups)

  • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial environment where self-motivation is key
