Job Description

We’re looking for recent grads who dream of big things looking to serve their apprenticeship in business by joining our Inside Sales team.

 

Your first 6 months:

  • Learn the BLACKBX product and messaging

  • Learn the tools of the trade (CRM, Email, Phone, Table Tennis)

  • Build relationships with other business functions to learn how a tech company really works

  • Leverage any opportunity you can to learn the market and the business

  • Consistently meet goals for initial demo setup

  • Always strive to learn and grow

 

6-18 Months

  • Continue to build on core selling skills and knowledge of how SaaS companies operate

  • Maintain momentum to meet and exceed goals

  • Expand your knowledge of Inside Sales

  • Work with mentors to set goals and gain consideration for promotion
