The office / compliance manager has the skills, experience, tenacity and savvy to be the backbone of day-to-day operations of the company.
Thrives on variety, working independently, communicating effectively and is well organized. A motivated individual with an ability to work under pressure, prioritize a vast range of duties and excels in office administration, supervision and holding people accountable. This position plays an integral part in the ongoing growth and future expansion of the company.
Has the knowledge and experience to manage job production compliance including operational systems, administration and processes. Responsible for organizational effectiveness in terms of meeting program / company cycle times, customer service requirements, collections, and reporting to management.
This position leads in orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing job contributions; weighing in on planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Qualifications
• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school and one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Computer literate with over 5 years’ experience using MS Office applications
• Advanced proficiency in Excel a must
• Proven track record in:
• customer service
• communication strategies
• organization and implementation
• reporting
• Ability to:
• read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
• write routine reports and correspondence
• speak effectively with customers or employees
• hold accountable subordinates and/or direct reports for real time reporting to job management software and industry specific applications
• Willing and able to work extra hours as required
• Participate in the company required 24 hour on-call rotation
• Pass company back ground and drug screening requirements
