Job Description
As a Senior Casino Coordinator, you will lead the day-to-day delivery of a best-in-class Casino product offering, placing the customer at the centre of every decision.
Gaming Product Operations coordinate the delivery of casino content across bet365’s global platform, working with game providers and internal technical, design and compliance teams to support regulated markets. The team manages complex game roadmaps across multiple domains, helping our online casino product evolve and ensuring we deliver a best-in-class customer experience.
As a Senior Casino Coordinator, you’ll oversee the delivery of new game content to the website while supporting product growth across multiple markets. You will lead, mentor and actively develop a team of Casino Coordinators, nurturing their talent to help ensure content is delivered accurately, consistently and in line with relevant requirements. The role also involves working closely with Gaming Product Operations Managers, Senior Managers, the Head of Gaming and external games providers.
You will join a fast-growing team within Global Gaming Product Operations, working in a collaborative environment where ideas are encouraged and continuous improvement is part of how we operate. This is an excellent opportunity to broaden your product and operational knowledge, lead meaningful projects, work closely with internal stakeholders and external providers, and develop your leadership capabilities.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of casino products, gaming content or a closely related digital product environment
- Demonstrated experience in driving process optimisation, continuous improvement, and operational efficiency
- Ability to coach and develop teams
- Understanding of the game development lifecycle and related procedures
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess product performance, identify gaps and trends, recommend improvements and look for new opportunities
- Confident and adaptable communication skills
- Adept at managing priorities, projects and deadlines
- Advanced Excel skills and a data-led approach to reporting and analysis
- Knowledge of Jira and associated tools would be considered advantageous but are not essential
Additional Information
- Supporting Gaming Product Operations Managers with day-to-day operations, process optimisation, workflow reviews and departmental development projects
- Overseeing the delivery of new game providers and domains across a variety of markets
- Planning and scheduling product and completing performance analysis
- Coaching and developing Casino Coordinators
- Producing monthly KPI reports to support clear decision-making
- Managing the games content delivery against provider roadmaps
- Completing market analysis to identify market opportunities
- Building strong partnerships with external games providers and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring content to ensure it meets the required quality and compliance standards
