Why This Role Matters

We are seeking a motivated and dedicated UAE National Project Controls Engineer to join our team and support the delivery of our flagship projects in Dubai. This role offers an excellent opportunity for a young engineering professional to gain hands-on experience in project planning, scheduling, cost control, and performance monitoring within a leading multinational organization. 

The Project Controls Engineer will support Project Controls Manager in establishing, maintaining and developing project control systems. This includes scheduling, data analysis, risk management and productivity/ performance reporting in terms of cost and progress. The role contributes to providing data driven analysis, forecasting and visualization tools to support project management team decision-making leading to successful project delivery.

What You’ll Drive

  • Support scheduling and reporting functions using Primavera P6 in accordance with project requirements.
  • Monitor project progress data and trends along critical and near-critical float paths
  • Perform Earned Value Management (EVM) analysis.
  • Support the implementation, development and running of in-house productivity tools e.g. Perform with links to Change Management.
  • Support qualitative Risk Management processes using the in-house risk tool and perform quantitative Schedule Risk Analysis (SRA) using Monte Carlo simulations.
  • Contribute to the development of interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI and MS Excel
  • Work in collaboration with Contracts and Commercial teams in supporting Change Management and Forecasting.
  • Demonstrate willingness to learn from, collaborate with, and communicate effectively with the project team.
