Senior Project Manager with deep expertise in Vendavo Profit & Revenue Management solutions to lead complex, enterprise-scale implementations for global clients across manufacturing, distribution, and technology sectors. This client-facing role sits within our Enterprise Technology Practice and requires the ability to operate at the intersection of commercial strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change management.

Experience
• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 4 years leading Vendavo implementations in consulting, advisory, or enterprise environments.
• Proven experience delivering Vendavo VPP, Price Manager, Deal Manager, and CPQ solutions across at least 3 full lifecycle implementations.
• Experience leading complex, enterprise-scale implementations from discovery through go-live and post-implementation support.
• Experience managing large-scale client engagements, budgets, risks, governance, timelines, and cross-functional teams.
• Background working with global clients across manufacturing, distribution, industrial, technology, or B2B SaaS environments preferred.
• Experience working directly with senior client stakeholders, including VP-level and C-level audiences.
• Previous involvement in proposal development, SOW support, client presentations, or practice development is a plus.

Technical Skills
• Strong knowledge of Vendavo Profit & Revenue Management solutions, including VPP, Price Manager, Deal Manager, Profit Analyzer, and CPQ.
• Experience with pricing processes such as price waterfalls, deal management, floor/target/ceiling logic, margin optimization, price segmentation, rebates, contracts, and commercial strategy execution.
• Ability to translate business requirements into Vendavo configuration specifications, integration designs, and data migration plans.
• Experience overseeing integrations between Vendavo and ERP/CRM platforms such as SAP SD/MM, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Salesforce, and Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Experience managing UAT cycles, performance testing, go-live readiness, adoption, and hypercare activities.
• Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as MS Project, JIRA, Smartsheet, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Understanding of data architecture concepts related to pricing, including ETL pipelines, ERP data extraction, pricing data lakes, and BI/reporting layer design is preferred.
• Familiarity with adjacent pricing intelligence tools such as PROS, Zilliant, or Pricefx is a plus.

Certifications & Education
• PMP certification required.
• SAFe, PMI-ACP, or equivalent Agile certifications are strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field required.
• MBA or advanced degree preferred.
• Vendavo Certified Professional or equivalent Vendavo partner certification is a plus.
• Change management certification, such as Prosci ADKAR or equivalent, is preferred.

Soft Skills
• Strong client-facing communication skills with the ability to facilitate workshops and present to senior leadership with credibility and clarity.
• Executive presence and confidence managing C-suite and VP-level stakeholders.
• Strong leadership skills to coordinate cross-functional teams, including consultants, architects, data engineers, and client SMEs.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to connect commercial strategy, technology delivery, and organizational change management.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong ownership of scope, timelines, budgets, risks, governance, and stakeholder communication.
• Comfortable applying Agile, waterfall, or hybrid delivery approaches depending on client needs and project complexity.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to mentor junior consultants and contribute to reusable project templates, accelerators, and delivery playbooks.

General context of the position:

  • Contract Type: 100% remote contractor position (additional contractual details will be defined at a later stage). Compensation will be based on hours worked and paid monthly.
  • Duration: To be confirmed.
  • Work Schedule: Full-time (8 hours per day, 40 hours per week), aligned with U.S. time zones.
  • Equipment: The contractor must use their own laptop or desktop computer.
  • English Level: B2 or C1/C2.
  • Interview Process: One interview with Bertoni and one technical interview with the client.
