Kia Journeyman Technician - $20,000 Sign-On Bonus for Top Technicians!
Berman Auto Group is building the largest Kia dealership in Illinois, with our brand-new, state-of-the-art Chicago facility projected to be complete in 2027.
What's Coming:
- Brand-new, state-of-the-art facility
- 30+ service bays
- Union-represented shop once we move to Chicago
Until then:You'll work from our newly remodeled dealership in Niles while helping us build the future of Berman Kia.
Compensation:
- $46–$50 per booked hour - Above-industry pay! (based on ASE certifications and manufacturer training)
- $20,000 sign-on bonus available for top-qualified technicians

What We're Looking For
- Journeyman Technician status or higher required
- ASE Certified
- Kia/Hyundai specific experience preferred, but not required
- Strong diagnostic and repair skills across all major vehicle systems
- Experience using manufacturer diagnostic equipment and software
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
