Job Description
The People Engagement Sr Manager will play a key role in strengthening Believe’s culture, employee experience and sense of belonging across the organization.
Sitting within the People Success team, the role will drive global engagement initiatives and ensure they are translated into meaningful local actions. The position will also coordinate two regional resources, based in the US and APAC, to ensure global consistency while enabling local relevance.
The role will contribute to embedding Believe’s Driving Forces into everyday behaviors, supporting an inclusive and thriving workplace, and mobilizing Believers around engagement, wellbeing and purpose-driven initiatives.
Key Responsabilities :
Employee Listening & Engagement – Your Voice
Lead and coordinate the global employee listening approach, including the Your Voice survey cycle, engagement insights and follow-up action planning.
Driving the preparation, deployment and follow-up of Your Voice initiatives.
Analyzing engagement results, eNPS and key employee experience indicators.
Supporting HR teams and managers in translating insights into concrete action plans.
Monitoring action plan completion and impact over time.
Identifying trends and opportunities to improve employee experience and performance.
Wellbeing, DEI & Gender Equality
Support the development of a trusted, inclusive and healthy work environment for all Believers.
Coordinating global wellbeing initiatives, including Mental Health Academy and Eutelmed.
Supporting DEI and Gender Equality initiatives, including Women-focused programs.
Contributing to the activation of Believe’s “Be Fair & Respectful” principles.
Partnering with People teams to embed wellbeing and inclusion into the employee and manager experience.
Tracking participation, impact and progress on key wellbeing and inclusion indicators.
Purpose, Volunteering & Local Communities
Mobilize Believers around meaningful local impact and community engagement initiatives.
Coordinating Shaping Together initiatives and the Shapers for Good volunteer network.
Supporting local CSR and volunteering projects across key markets.
Encouraging employee participation in purpose-driven initiatives.
Tracking volunteering participation, hours contributed, projects delivered and local impact.
Supporting internal storytelling to highlight Believers’ contribution to local communities.
Global Coordination & Regional Activation
Ensure strong coordination, governance and execution across global and regional engagement initiatives.
Coordinating two Regional Engagement Managers based in the Americas and APAC.
Ensuring alignment between global priorities and local activation plans.
Creating a consistent governance, planning and reporting framework.
Supporting regional teams in adapting initiatives to their local context.
Consolidating progress, impact metrics and key updates for People Success leadership.
Partnering closely with HRDs, L&D, Talent Management, Communications and local People teams.
Additional Scope
The role may also contribute to initiatives connected to artists and the broader music ecosystem, depending on future scope confirmation. This could include support to global and local NGOs, artist wellbeing initiatives, artist development programs, industry platforms, and external storytelling around Shaping Music for Good.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate has experience in employee engagement, culture, DEI, wellbeing, CSR or people experience, preferably in an international environment.
8+ years of experience in employee engagement, culture, DEI, wellbeing, CSR, internal communications, HR project management or people experience roles, there of 3+ years of experience managing a multifaceted project portfolio, navigating different project phases and adapting strategies for both emerging and mature international markets
Previous experience in an international or matrix organization, with exposure to global and regional stakeholders.
Experience managing employee listening initiatives, engagement surveys, wellbeing programs, DEI initiatives or volunteering/community impact programs.
Strong track record in coordinating cross-functional projects and translating strategic priorities into concrete action plans.
Experience working with HR teams, managers and business leaders to drive adoption, participation and impact.
Previous experience coordinating regional contributors or indirect teams would be a strong plus.
Experience in the music, tech, entertainment or creative industries would be an asset.
Strong project management and coordination skills.
Ability to translate global priorities into practical local actions.
Strong stakeholder management skills across HR, business and regional teams.
Good analytical skills, with the ability to work with engagement data and impact indicators.
Excellent communication and storytelling capabilities.
Proven ability to clearly present complex information and communicate effectively with C-level executives, committees, and board members.
Sensitivity to culture, inclusion, wellbeing and employee experience topics.
Ability to influence without authority and coordinate contributors across regions.
