The Research Services team is seeking a high achieving individual capable of supporting our extensive portfolio of innovative healthcare customers. Our Research Services team serves as the primary interface between BEKHealth and our customers to launch our platform in order to accelerate clinical research in critical areas such as cancer and Alzheimer’s.

Members of the team develop many capabilities and excel across a breadth of functions including business planning, implementation oversight, and customer coordination.

Your Mission:

• Work directly with clinical research teams within healthcare institutions to ensure BEKHealth products are being used effectively

• Provide clinical subject matter expertise regarding patient natural histories in support of BEKHealth projects:

  • Support the data annotation and curation of the BEKHealth artificial intelligence algorithms

  • Assist with mapping clinical trial eligibility criteria into the BEKHealth trial matching system

  • Validate the accuracy of the patient chart matching process between the client EMR and the BEKHealth platform

• Support the ongoing monitoring, reporting, and external communication regarding the  BEKHealth platform performance 

• Represent BEKHealth in client discussions regarding clinical subject matter

• Ensure compliance with BEKHealth processes and project management methods

Your Competencies:

• Clinical background with direct patient care experience

• Experience with clinical research and clinical trials is a plus.

• Superb time management skills

• Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented, and driven to get things done in high-complexity environments

• Detail oriented day to day but also able to synthesize up to view the bigger picture

Your Education and Experience:

• Certified medical professional (e.g., LPN, NP, RN, PA) with at least 2 years experience 

  • Board certification a plus (e.g., MSNBC, BCEN, etc.)

  • Additional advanced degree in a clinical/science discipline a plus (e.g., MPH, Bioinformatics, etc.)

  • Experience in EMR data migration/extraction, healthcare consulting, healthcare technology, life sciences, or real-world evidence a plus

  • Lead requires 5+ years experience 

• Experience using certified electronic medical record (EMR) systems and reviewing patient charts. 

  • Experience with querying databases using Access, SQL or MongoDB is a plus.

• Travel up to 20% to engage with customers.
