Job Description

The Strategy and Partnerships team is seeking a high achieving individual capable of supporting an extensive portfolio of innovative healthcare partners including CROs, decentralized trial providers, biopharmaceutical companies and other technology companies.

Our team serves as the primary interface between BEKHealth and Strategic Partners to source, develop strategy and provide account management support. You will work daily with the VP of Strategy and Partnerships, CEO and have board level exposure.

Members of the team develop many capabilities and excel across a breadth of skills including business development, account management, and corporate strategy.

Your Mission:

  • Support development and manage implementation of an overall business and partnership strategy
  • Oversee and support the development of concept notes, proposal development and budgeting for RFP’s and bids
  • Investigate and contribute to strategic decisions in relation to additional capabilities, revenue streams, and pipelines for new clients and partners
  • Keep up to date with existing and potential healthcare partners and competitors
  • Support organizational review of operational effectiveness and opportunities
  •  Attend industry conferences and support thought leadership development

Qualifications

Your Competencies:

● Responsibilities and duties require pharmaceutical, CRO or clinical research experience

● Entrepreneurial, proactive, solution-oriented, and driven to get things done in high-complexity environments

● Executive level communication to customers

● Confident in presenting both technical solutions and business impact

● Detail oriented day to day but also able to synthesize up to view the bigger picture

Your Education and Experience:

● Industry experience such as healthcare marketing, healthcare consulting, clinical operations, healthcare technology, or life sciences

  • 3+ year’s experience managing either sales or account management teams

● Proven business growth experience in business development and account management

● Experience with proposal development as well as presentation experience

● Experience with clinical research and clinical trials is a plus

● Travel up to 30% to engage with customers
