I am looking for a Sous Chef for this stunning Restaurant in the heart of West London which prides itself on homemade, seasonal, sustainable produce, in stunning surroundings. The all day dining venue is looking for an experienced Sous Chef who can join the current site and assist with future openings. The venue focuses on farm to fork eating and grows 50% of all its produce. 

Sous Chef – Ideal Experience – Sous Chef

• Sous Chef experience in a quality, fast-paced Restaurant
• Passion for veganism and vegetarianism
• Have a proven track record in sock control, team development and training
• 300 - 350 covers a day 
• Good financial acumen
