The Logistics & Operations Associate is responsible for all aspects of customer operations regarding logistics, customer service and returns  .

• Work directly with Head of Operations on the overall operations of the Bear business including all logistical operations, customer service issues and vendor management
• Resolve all customer issues relating to shipping and delivery including lost packages and claims
• Work closely with our manufacturing partners to ensure timely completion and shipment of inventory and products
• Organize warehouse operations
• Build relationships with local organizations, charities and other services to help facilitate customer returns

• 2-3 years experience working in e-commerce, fulfillment and/or operations
• Experience working with UPS, FedEx and other shipping carriers
• Team player who works well with a wide range of personalities and is ready to contribute to an awesome team environment
• Strong people skills — you are friendly, a good listener, and you’re invigorated by constant personal interaction
• Ability to lift up to 90lbs
