Barrière is seeking a Slot Technician. 

Casino Barrière Tirana is located on the corner of the famous Skanderbeg Square, in the renowned Book Building, the newly completed Barrière Tirana casino is set to become one of the most beautiful casinos in the Balkans. It offers 240 slot machines, 30 electronic English Roulettes, and 13 traditional gaming tables—English roulette, blackjack & ultimate poker. A Cherie Cherry restaurant and 3 bars.

Technical Duties

• Apply safety rules, according to current standards and the procedures of the Lucien Barrière Group

• Ensure the cleanliness of their environment and workstation

• Ensure the proper keeping of official registers (technical registers, technical sheets, etc.)

• Ensure preventive and curative maintenance of slot machines and peripheral equipment (cash register equipment)

• Ensure the maintenance and inventory of their work tools (collection equipment, stackers, chip weighing equipment, slot machine IT)

• Ensure the conditions for taking up and leaving the position according to current procedures

• Participate in the implementation of slot machine mixes

• Participate in shift change and counting operations (chips, revenue)

• Participate in and facilitate checks carried out by auditors

• Respect priorities, deadlines, and intervention times

• Monitor technological and IT developments in equipment to ensure proper functioning

Organizational Duties

• Respect the schedule for preventive maintenance interventions (cleaning, testing)

• Keep communication materials up to date regarding the monitoring and technical history of the slot machines (SM)

Management Duties

• Manage equipment and spare parts (identification of needs, purchase orders, delivery notes, receipt, inventories, etc.)

• Ensure the application of the Lucien Barrière Group’s Sustainable Development policy

Customer Relations / Commercial Duties

• Report all customer dissatisfaction to their management

• Interact with customers according to current procedures within the Lucien Barrière Group

• Respond to all customer requests by directing them to the relevant contact person

• Ensure the application of the Lucien Barrière Group's responsible gaming policy

• Ensure the application of regulatory provisions in the fight against money laundering

• Monitor and ensure the level of customer satisfaction

Management Duties

• Be proactive in maintaining cohesion within their team

• Train new arrivals

• Inform their management of observations and operations carried out

• Actively participate in service meetings

• May be required to assume customer assistant duties

• May be required to assume maintenance and upkeep duties for the establishment

• May be required to perform maintenance duties on IT equipment

• May be required to respond to ad-hoc requests for urgent interventions
