Job Description
We are looking for a highly organised and customer-focused Product Coordinator to manage the administration and coordination of Air-Weigh sales and installations.
In this role, you will ensure a seamless experience from quote through to installation, maintaining accuracy, strong communication and a clear audit trail.
You will also support broader sales and customer service activities across the E-Max business.
Qualifications
Key Responsibilities
- Manage Air-Weigh quotes, sales orders, invoicing and documentation with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate installation schedules with customers and installers
- Maintain detailed records for all installations, communications and compliance requirements
- Provide prompt, professional customer service and respond to enquiries
- Ensure a complete and accurate paper trail across all transactions
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and enhance customer experience
- Support general sales and customer service functions across the business

- Proficiency in MS Office
Highly regarded:
- Experience coordinating with installers, contractors or external service providers
- Exposure to the transport, automotive, or electrical industries
- Understanding of compliance or installation processes
