Help Customers Get Road‑Ready – join the Autopro family as a Sales Assistant!
This is an exciting opportunity to join the team as a Retail Sales Assistant at Autopro on a casual basis. You will be responsible for providing support to our team and loyal customer base. This role has a focus on providing exceptional customer service as well as play a key role in achieving store targets.
Autopro is Australia’s oldest and largest independent automotive aftermarket parts and accessories retailer.
Autopro stores form a major part of the local community. As local businesses, Autopro stores specialise in their local communities unique needs by adding specialised ranges to their product offers.
What you’ll do
- Deliver exceptional customer service and product advice.
- Contribute to achieving store sales and performance targets.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented store environment.
- Assist with stock management, merchandising, and inventory control.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety practices.
Qualifications
About you
You’re hands-on, customer-focused, and eager to learn. You’ll also bring:
- Strong work ethic and organisational skills
- Previous experience in retail or customer service (preferred)
- A genuine passion for helping customers.
- Basic computer literacy
- Eagerness to learn and grow within the business.
