Job Description

About the Role

Reporting to the Head of People & Culture, this role provides high-quality, service-driven administrative support across all P&C processes. You’ll play a key role in ensuring a seamless employee experience, with accurate documentation, strong systems management, and excellent service delivery to our leaders and their teams.

  • Employee Lifecycle: Manage onboarding and offboarding, prepare employment documentation, and maintain accurate employee records.
  • Systems Administration: Maintain P&C systems, ensuring data accuracy, access management, and user support.
  • Recruitment Support: Assist with end-to-end recruitment processes, including adverts, candidate coordination, and system administration.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain employee data, support compliance requirements, and assist with audits and remediation activities.
  • General & Wellbeing Support: Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and provide administrative support across P&C projects and activities.

Qualifications

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven administrative skills with high attention to detail
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, ideally with experience using HR systems
  • Excellent organisation and time management
  • Experience working in busy environments, with ability to handle high volumes of manual tasks
  • A customer-focused, service-oriented approach
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • An interest in, or some experience with, People and Culture practices would be an advantage
