Job Description
The position is to assist the CEO with financial control and engagement with equity investors. The role also covers a range of corporate affairs responsibilities for the Company’s Singapore HoldCo.
Financial Control Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO to manage business modelling, reconciled to in-house accounts.
- Monthly consolidation of operating Indonesian subsidiaries into our Singapore based HoldCo.
- Companywide budgeting process (US$4m FY2021 budget), including monthly department monitoring. Primary ops in Indonesia, IP development in Singapore, and engineering team in New Delhi.
- Assist CEO with weekly management target tracking.
Investor Engagement Responsibilities:
- Assist CEO with monthly Board and Shareholder reporting.
- Assist CEO in updating investor pitch deck with monthly operational metrics.
- Oversee investor dataroom management during fund raising rounds.
Corporate Affairs Responsibilities:
- Manage outsourced corporate secretarial function.
- Manage tax reporting obligations for our Singapore based HoldCo.
- Manage Singapore general business correspondence.
Qualifications
Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administration / Business Studies / Business Management
Min. 3 years experience as a Corporate Secretary (as an Accounting Auditor will be advantage).
Have a good knowledge in end-to-end audit process.
Experience with administrative and clerical work Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
Resourceful, fast and efficient and able to work independently.
Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident.
