Job Description

Responsibilities:

∙ Analyze business process and practice in an effort to focus the design and implementation of information technology solutions that meet customer needs and business initiative;
∙ Collaborate on an on-going basis with the Programmer / Analysts;
∙ Apply analytical skills within functional area;
∙ Consult frequently with technical and non-technical team members to ensure a complete understanding of their needs and concerns;
∙ Create deliverables such as functional and Technical requirements, use case scenarios and process flows;
∙ Assist in the execution / analysis of performance testing;
∙ Ensure product meets business and technical requirements as well as all company standards;
∙ Create training manuals and facilitate training for the system users;
∙ Communicate effectively with all team members, project sponsors and stakeholders both technical and non-technical.

Requirements:

∙ Experience as a Technical Business Analyst (2+ years);
∙ Experience writing requirements, use cases and process flow;
∙ Experience with development / implementation of Identity Access Management system (2-3 years);
∙ Good organizational and time management skills, with attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to stay calm under pressure

  • Ability to develop and document policies and procedures
  • Proficient Sharepoint and Excel skills
  • Experience with Infopath is a plus
  • IT experience is a plus.
