Job Description

We are looking for a Technical Project Manager – API Partner Solutions (f/m/d) to drive the successful migration of software partners and their customers to our modern RESTful API platform.

In this role, you will act as the key contact for external software and CRM partners, ensuring smooth onboarding and transition to successful API adoption, and long-term relationship management. You will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams to continuously improve the API ecosystem and deliver an excellent partner experience.

This position combines hands-on project execution with strategic partner management and requires someone who can bridge technical requirements with business needs while always keeping customer experience at the center.

Your Responsibilities

API Migration & Onboarding

  • Own and manage the end-to-end migration plan, timeline, and execution for software partners migrating to the RESTful open API platform
  • Coordinate validation, testing, go-live activities, and post-migration monitoring
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and rapid adoption of the new API solutions
  • Track project progress, identify risks, and proactively resolve blockers

Strategic Partner Management

  • Serve as the primary business contact for software providers and CRM partners
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term partner relationships
  • Collect, prioritize, and manage partner requirements and feature requests
  • Coordinate and manage partner communication related to B2B partnership via open API ecosystem , maintenance, and improvements

API Evolution & Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to drive continuous API improvements
  • Translate partner and customer feedback into actionable product enhancements
  • Identify opportunities to create additional business value through API-driven solutions
  • Provide regular updates on progress, risks, blockers, and strategic topics to leadership stakeholders

Project Oversight & Escalation Management

  • Planning and execution with internal and external stakeholders throughout 
  • Manage escalations and ensure timely resolution together with support and other product teams
  • Create transparency around project status , report progress towards project goals, manage dependencies, and risks
  • Support the successful management of key partner integrations and customer satisfaction

Qualifications

Your Profile

  • 2-3 years of experience in Technical Project Management, Partner Management, API Integrations, or B2B2C SaaS/Platform ecosystems
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, agile environment
  • Strong coordination, planning, and negotiation capabilities
  • Business-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate critical partner conversations professionally
  • Ability to translate technical concepts into business context and vice versa
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Support teams
  • Customer-focused approach with a strong problem-solving mindset
  • German professional speaking and also fluent in English
