Job Description
As a Senior Product Manager (Seeker/B2C Domain) at Immoweb, you own a strategic product domain end-to-end. You are responsible for defining the vision, shaping the strategy, and driving execution to deliver measurable impact for our users and business.
You combine strong product discovery skills with operational excellence in delivery. You think in terms of outcomes, not output, and you are comfortable making high-impact decisions in a fast-moving marketplace environment.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Product Strategy & Ownership
- Define and evolve the vision and strategy for your product domain.
- Translate company objectives into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap.
- Identify growth opportunities through market insights, customer research, and data.
- Make trade-offs that maximize long-term value creation.
2. Discovery & Validation
- Lead (continuous) discovery with users (property seekers, real estate professionals and financial service providers).
- Define clear problem statements and success metrics.
- Validate solutions through experimentation, testing, and iteration.
- Ensure strong problem-solution fit before scaling.
3. Delivery & Execution Excellence
- Own the product backlog and prioritization.
- Write clear product briefs and requirements.
- Partner closely with Engineering and Product Design to ensure high-quality delivery.
- Management of delivery of backlog items.
- Ensure initiatives deliver measurable business impact.
4. Stakeholder & Business Alignment
- Collaborate closely with Strategy, Sales, Customer Care, Marketing, and Data teams.
- Align product initiatives with revenue, engagement, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Communicate strategy, roadmap, and results clearly to senior leadership.
5. Performance & Optimization
- Define and monitor KPIs (engagement, conversion, retention, revenue, etc.).
- Use data to continuously optimize user journeys.
- Drive experimentation and a test-and-learn culture.
Qualifications
- 6+ years of experience in Product Management.
- Proven experience owning a product domain with measurable business impact.
- Experience in a digital platform, marketplace, SaaS, or high-scale B2C/B2B environment.
- Strong experience working in cross-functional product squads.

- Strategic thinking combined with strong execution capabilities.

- Strong prioritization and decision-making skills.
- Experience working in Agile environments.
