Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Director to lead our B2B
marketing efforts across Europe. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in
developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to drive customer loyalty
and affiliation to our brands driving revenue growth through customer acquisition,
retention and upsell in the business-to-business (B2B) market.

Within AVIV, it’s focused on intermediary, lead management, partners and events. This role will report to the Chief Commercial Growth Officer.


In this role, you will have the following responsibilities:
● Leading leaders to ensure a comprehensive B2B strategy across Europe with a
focus on our main brands Immowelt, GroupeSeLoger, MeilleursAgents and Immoweb
● Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to target B2B audiences
using data-driven insights to measure and adapt effectiveness.
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams (including Sales and Brand & Comms)
to ensure marketing initiatives deliver on lead generation, customer acquisition
retention and upsell objectives.
● Lead the creation of marketing plans and budgets, including campaigns, partner
events, digital marketing, and traditional advertising - investing and controlling
spend to maximise ROI.
● Outline and own messaging to tailor messaging and deliver value at each
touchpoint of the customer journey.
● Oversee the development of marketing collateral, ensuring consistency in
messaging and brand representation.
● Role modelling #customerobsessed value, analysing market trends, competitor
activities, and customer behaviour to identify growth opportunities.
● Manage and mentor a marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
 

 

Qualifications

Qualifications
● Proven experience in a senior marketing role focusing on B2B within an
international scope.
● Experienced in leading teams across Europe and building a comprehensive B2B
strategy - driving effectiveness for multiple local (vs. 1 global) brands is a plus
● Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate insights
into actionable plans.
● Demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing
campaigns on an international level.
● Powerful communication and interpersonal skills.
● Fluency in English AND either German, French or Flemish.
● Experience in a recurring revenue or subscription business (including classifieds) is a plus.
