Job Description

WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:

  • You report into the Director Program Transformation and you will be responsible for executing key programs/projects of work that drives the Aviv transformation forward.
  • The programs will be diverse in nature spanning people and change topics to technical operations and governance.
  • The transformation is complex and far reaching so you will be expected to manage program & project management responsibilities depending on the circumstances.
  • You help product and technology leaders manage their organisations through metrics and business data.
  • You help the Product domain product and tech leadership focus on delivery value to the business by removing obstacles and accelerating value creation. 
  • You drive transparency by communicating decisions, policy and process by leading briefings, presenting and documenting 
  • You work closely with the Agile Coaches, which are embedded within the delivery organisation to drive Agile ways of working best practices and provide visibility into areas of operational concern. 
  • You facilitate workshops and meetings toward clear and actionable outcomes
  • While driving your project and or program, you identify challenges  in Aviv’s way of working and actively drive improvements of process and data.
  • Provide mentoring and support to colleagues who lack program or project management experience. 

Qualifications

ABOUT YOU:

  • You have significant experience of program / project management with a track record of delivering medium to high complexity digital programs and projects. 
  • You draw upon your past immersion of working in an agile and iterative environment and focus on delivering projects effectively and efficiently and know how to boost cross-functional teams and projects. 
  • You apply high quality project management standards and make them evolve 
  • You have excellent communication skills, you should be able to lead big groups meetings steering and ensure moving into the right direction and to present status to top management and big groups 
  • You understand business requirements, are able to break down the bigger ask in manageable parts and sequence to deliver the planned value. 
  • You are comfortable working in a tech driven environment
  • You are preferably an expert in JIRA/Confluence, and can appreciate portfolio thinking
