Job Description
As a PM in the Marketplace Dynamics space, you have full ownership over envisioning and implementing the core engine of our marketplace : the matching logic that guarantees high value delivered to our users and growing revenue for our business. In strong partnership with our product leaders, business stakeholders, designers and data science experts, you embed network effects and feedback loops into the design of our products and business models, and build the data powered engines that operate our marketplace.
Your are expected to deliver the following :
- Partner with Product Management, Business roles, Research, Design and Data science to design new product experiences and services that leverage efficient data powered flywheels
- Design incentive patterns aiming at constantly pushing user engagement up, and embed them in our product and services design
- Design and leverage user and content rating features in order to create transparency, better inform our users’ decisions and raise the relevancy of the connections we make in our marketplace
- Articulate data collection strategies and inform product development processes
- Design, deliver and optimize core matching, scoring and decision making engines that powers our products and services
- Deliver monitoring capabilities over key health and performance metrics of our marketplace, covering value delivered, value captured, and marketplace efficiency
- Contribute to make our marketplace effectiveness recognized and valued by all users, turning it into a strong differentiator against competition
- Contribute to create a strong product-led, customer centric culture.
- Contribute to create a strong data oriented culture, ranging from the analytic mindset to the data governance principles
- Stay current with industry trends on marketplace best practices and data powered services
Qualifications
- You have a master’s degree in engineering or business or a related field and deep experience providing expert competence on both digital products, and data (6+ years).
- Successful track record in designing complex data intensive products in the context of digital marketplaces (4+ years)
- Extensive experience in a Product Management role, within teams mixing tech, scientific and design expertises. Ability to work within short / medium timescales (6+ years)
- A customer-first mindset and track record of earning the respect of product teams along with a roll-up your sleeves attitude.
- Skilled at working with international cross functional teams under a tight timeline
- Experience in designing sophisticated solutions for heavily data based digital products and adept of system thinking (6+ years)
- Fluency with the technical and scientific concepts involved by heavily data based services
- Ability to build partnerships with tech and scientific teams responsible for the delivery
- Knowledge of the real estate domain, transaction models, and actors specificities across Europe
