Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of group-wide staff cost management, ensuring the availability of accurate and insightful data throughout the organization.
  • Collaborate closely with the various finance teams, HR Business Partners, cost center managers to drive personnel cost planning, budgeting, and forecasting, serving as the primary HR-Controlling data contact.
  • Take ownership of tool-based staff cost planning, ensuring process efficiency and precision.
  • Develop interactive dashboards and reports, providing ongoing visibility into essential KPIs.
  • Generate regular operational reports and manage ad-hoc queries related to personnel analysis, supporting decision-making.
  • Drive the evolution of existing processes, reporting structures, and HR-KPIs, contributing to continuous improvement.
  • Provide expert guidance and support management, ensuring effective HR-Controlling practices.

Qualifications

Qualifications

  • A successfully completed degree with a focus on business, economics, human resources, or a related field.
  • Several years of professional experience in Analytics, Controlling, Consulting, or a related role, ideally within the e-commerce domain.
  • Proficiency in Excel reporting and data analysis.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders for data collection, planning, and presentation.
  • Strong coordination and planning skills to optimize processes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy and reconciliation.
  • Familiarity with reporting tools, HR software, ERPs, and general IT systems. At best, you have successfully worked with Workday or SAP.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills, with strong numerical acumen.
  • A commitment to handling sensitive data with the highest integrity and trustworthiness.
  • A proactive and team-oriented work approach coupled with a pragmatic and structured mindset.
  • Fluent English skills, with proficiency in German as an added advantage.
