Job Description
Shift: B-12 Night Shift; 2-2-3, 7pm-7am
Starting Hiring Rate: $22.47/hr plus $2/hr shift differential
Join us as a Material Handler, the organizational engine keeping our facility moving safely and efficiently! In this active role, you will manage inventory workflows and transport critical materials across our manufacturing and shipping areas. We are looking for a resilient, collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering high-quality results.
What You Will Do
Operate Equipment Safely: Run powered industrial vehicles—including fork trucks, clamp trucks, and sit-down electric three-wheelers—to load and unload tankers or trucks.
Drive Logistics & Inventory: Move raw materials to production assets, transfer finished goods, and update our Inventory Management System to maintain precision and accuracy.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with shipping, receiving, and manufacturing departments to ensure seamless material flow and resolve stock discrepancies.
Maintain Excellence: Support 5S housekeeping and continuous improvement initiatives to ensure a clean, safe, and productive workspace for everyone.
Qualifications
What We Are Looking For in You
Education/Experience: High School Diploma (or GED) OR 3+ years of relevant manufacturing experience.
Adaptability: Comfort pivoting between tasks quickly when production priorities change, along with a willingness to work overtime as needed.
Technical & Digital Fluency: Proficiency with basic computer applications for tracking warehouse data.
Safety & Team Focus: A safety-first mindset and a "Team Before Self" attitude, stepping up to support your coworkers and ensure site success.
