Customer Service Representative (1-Year Contract)

Job Description

  • Order Management & Supply Chain Coordination
  • End-to-End Order Ownership: Manage the complete order lifecycle, ensuring accurate entry, tracking, and on-time delivery
  • Proactive Communication: Keep customers consistently informed about their order status, dispatch details, and shipment tracking
  • Supply Chain Problem Solving: Proactively identify potential supply chain delays, discuss them with relevant teams, and provide viable alternatives to the custome
  • Customer Support & Relationship Management
  • Expert Consultation: Provide professional phone support to identify customer needs, fulfill requests, and promote the company’s products and services
  • Service Excellence: Implement Brand Service Strategies and actively apply new initiatives designed to improve response times and overall customer satisfaction.
  • Data Management: Meticulously track and log order statuses, customer inquiries, and responses in the company's computer systems
  • Issue Resolution & Quality Assurance
  • Complaint Handling: Evaluate and resolve customer complaints with a highly professional, tactful, and solution-oriented approach
  • Returns & Reproductions: Manage product and pricing escalations. Coordinate with Quality Control, Social Compliance, and other departments to test returned goods and secure approvals for reproduction when necessary
  • Teamwork & Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Sales Support: Partner closely with the Sales department to help achieve shared revenue and business targets.
  • Team Synergy: Act as a reliable backup for team members during peak workload periods to ensure uninterrupted service
  • General Support: Perform other customer service-related duties and operational tasks as assigned

Qualifications

  • Relevant work experience in a customer service department
  • Quick and careful learner, can work efficiently and effectively
  • Strong teamwork spirit
  • Good communication, coordination skills 
  • Customer-oriented
  • Problem analysis and solving ability
  • Good sense of continuous improvement and can drive results
  • Have the concept and thinking of automation to work efficiently
  • Full business fluency in Turkish and English, written & verbal 
  • Proficiency in computer operation and MS office, good at data analysis
