Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Maintenance & Troubleshooting:

  • Support the preparation of comprehensive engineering project plans, including timelines and budgets, to meet business objectives.

  • Collaborate with procurement, production, quality assurance, and logistics teams to ensure all project tasks are coordinated effectively.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of new facility projects—from initial design through construction—taking full accountability for successful completion.

  • Regularly track project milestones, keep all documentation current, and provide progress updates to both regional and site leadership.

  • Ensure all project activities comply with applicable laws, safety regulations, and quality standards at every stage.

  • Identify risks and challenges early, communicate these to the right parties, and assist in developing practical solutions to keep the project on schedule.

  • Act as a point of contact to facilitate clear and consistent communication among internal teams, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

  • Oversee vendor-related tasks, including procurement support, contract adherence, and evaluating supplier performance.

  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators such as schedule adherence, budget control, and quality outcomes.

  • Contribute to ongoing improvements in project management processes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Education: B.Sc. in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Industrial or equivalent.

  • Experience: 2+ years in manufacturing maintenance, preferably in compliant factories.

  • Technical Skills:

    • Mechanical/ Electrical systems and fire safety.

    • ERP systems (Oracle preferred).

    • Reading machine manuals and specs.

    • LOTO and electrical/machine safety procedures, SBT etc

Preferred Skills:

  • Supervisory certification (advantageous).

  • Strong problem-solving and team management skills.

  • Strong communication and adaptability.

  • Adherence to industrial safety standards.

  • Clear under standing of A3, CAPEX & OPEX
