The Opportunity Are you a detail-oriented individual who finds satisfaction in accuracy and tangible results? We are seeking a reliable Production Associate to join our growing team. In this role, you will perform and support critical operational functions—ensuring our high-quality products are perfectly inspected, separated, and shipped to meet our clients' daily deadlines.
Shift: Night Shift, T-S 6:00pm to 2:30am
Starting Pay: $18.50/hr
What You Will Do
- Quality & Accuracy: Accurately inspect, separate, slot, and package print products. Maintain a strict "zero-defect" mindset to ensure all quality control standards are met.
SOP Adherence: Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and use our ERP digital logging system to track time and materials accurately.
Logistics Support: Double-check outgoing packages, coordinate with couriers regarding shifts or delays, and execute shipments flawlessly.
Team Collaboration: Bring a "Team Before Self" attitude. Communicate effectively across teams to flag printing or shipping errors early.
Safety First: Keep a clean, organized workspace and consistently use required PPE.
Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Agility and resilience to handle fast-paced production deadlines.
Ability to stand for the duration of a shift and lift up to 50 lbs.
Close vision and color vision to identify print variations.
