ABOUT YOUR ROLE:

作为市场部实习生，你将深入参与公司品牌建设与市场推广的各个环节。你需要协助团队执行整合营销计划，管理社交媒体渠道，收集市场信息，并为线上线下活动提供支持。

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

1. 内容营销与新媒体运营：

• 协助运营公司官方社交媒体账号（如微信公众号、小红书、视频号、LinkedIn 等），参与选题策划、文案撰写及排版发布。

• 协助将行业资讯、公司动态转化为有吸引力的传播内容。

• 支持简单的视觉设计或视频剪辑工作（如海报制作、短视频剪辑）将是加分项。

2. 市场活动支持 (Events & Campaigns)：

• 协助策划并执行线上/线下市场活动（如行业展会、研讨会、网络直播、内部员工活动等）。

• 协助设计和制作市场部周边样品册、礼品及宣传物料。

• 负责活动前的物料准备、供应商沟通，以及活动现场的执行与协调。

• 整理活动数据，协助撰写活动结案报告。

• 市场信息收集。

3. 综合行政支持：

• 负责市场部周边样品册、礼品及宣传物料的库存管理与寄送。

• 协助处理合同流程、报销及其他部门日常行政事务。

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU:

教育背景： 本科及以上在读学生，市场营销、新闻传播、公共关系、设计等相关专业优先。

语言能力： 具备优秀的中文写作能力，能够驾驭不同风格的文案；具备良好的英语读写能力

技能要求：

• 熟练使用 MS Office 办公软件（尤其是 PPT 和 Excel）。

• 熟练使用AI工具

• 加分项： 会使用 Photoshop、Canva、Premiere/剪映等设计或剪辑软件。

综合素质：

• 工作细致耐心，具备良好的多任务处理能力（Multi-tasking）。

• 性格开朗，善于沟通，有团队合作精神。
