Job Description
Innovation Program Management
- Lead and coordinate strategic innovation initiatives
- Support incubation of new concepts and business opportunities
- Develop project governance and decision-making frameworks
Cross-functional Transformation
- Drive initiatives involving R&D, Sales, Operations, Purchasing, Quality… and deeply involve in segment initiatives
- Facilitate alignment across multiple functions
Portfolio & Opportunity Management
- Track innovation initiatives
- Maintain innovation opportunity pipeline
- Develop business cases and value assessments
- Support management prioritization
Executive Governance
- Prepare management review materials
- Monitor decision implementation status
- Maintain transformation dashboards
- Escalate critical risks and barriers
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor's degree or above
- Engineering, Automotive, Technology, Innovation Management or related field
Experience
- 3-5 years experience in:
- Program Management
- Innovation Management
- Business Transformation
- PMO
- Product Development
- Consulting
